The Fit & Flawless mindset is what separates average from elevated. It’s more than motivation—it’s a way of thinking that rewires your habits, your confidence, and your glow.

The Beauty Edit

- Face icing every morning to reduce puffiness and wake up your skin

- Drink a full glass of water right after waking up—hydration = glow

- Exfoliate 1-2 times per week 

- Face mask 3-4 times a week

- Hair oil/ scalp massage (Stimulates Hair Growth) 1-2 times a week ( Find my favorite hair oil on my favorites page!)

- Use hyaluronic acid on damp skin to lock in moisture​

- Never skip SPF—even on cloudy days or when you’re indoors

- Lip balm before bed for soft, hydrated lips

- Gua sha or facial massage 2–3x a week for lymphatic drainage + sculpting

- Change your pillowcase every 3–4 days to prevent breakouts

- Avoid touching your face during the day (major skin-saver!)

- Breathe + de-stress—stress shows up on your skin

Why Cardio Matters

Cardio keeps your body lean, boosts your metabolism, and enhances circulation—which means more natural glow, less bloating, and better stamina. You don’t need to run—20 to 30 minutes of incline walking, hot girl walks, or low-impact movement 3–4 times a week is enough to see real results. It’s all about consistency.

Weekly Model 

Workout Routine 

💗 Monday — Full Body Sculpt
• 15 min incline walk
• 3 rounds:
– 15 glute bridges
– 12 fire hydrants (each leg)
– 20 walking lunges
– 10 push-ups
• 5 min stretch

 

💗 Tuesday — Abs + Arms
• 15 min incline walk

• 3 rounds:
– 30 sec plank
– 15 Russian twists
– 15 leg lifts
– 15 tricep dips (use a chair)
– 20 bicep curls (light weights)

• 5 min stretch

💗 Wednesday — Reset Day
• 30 min hot girl walk
• 10 min stretch + breathwork
• Skincare + lymphatic face massage

💗 Thursday — Lower Body Burn
• 15 min stairs or walk
• 3 rounds:
– 20 squats
– 15 donkey kicks (each leg)
– 12 curtsy lunges
– 15 side-lying leg lifts
• Finish with standing forward fold + quad stretch

• 10 min light cardio
• 15 min abs
• 10 min posture & back toning

💗 Saturday — Full Body Pilates Flow
• 30 min slow sculpt Pilates
